The Chancellor's Leadership Academy is a prestigious professional learning opportunity designed to strengthen transformational leadership and support continuous improvement across Florida's schools. Through this rigorous program, participants deepen their understanding of Florida's academic standards, strengthen their ability to support high-quality instruction, enhance skills in teacher coaching and feedback, and develop expertise in monitoring instructional practices that drive student achievement.
The academy also fosters a statewide network of highly skilled educational leaders committed to implementing data-driven systems that improve instruction and student outcomes for all students.

Annual Osceola Fly Up Day! Students flew up to the next grade to see and hear what to expect next year. 5th graders flew down to their Kindergarten classes and 6th grade met with members of the leadership team to prepare them for a successful 7th grade filled with advanced level classes including HS Algebra 1 Honors!










🎉Congratulations to our 5th grade 🔬Science Geniuses! 🥼
They had the highest proficiency in our district on their end of year Florida Science Assessment!!!
We competed with a few other schools to see who could win the Science Genius title and we won! 🏆
Today the principals of those schools bought our students a Congratulatory lunch to celebrate!

Tropical Day! Kindergarten and 4th grade treated students and their parents to a fun and heartwarming performance this morning!







🚀3rd graders have been engineering their own rockets with different types of nose cones. Today they tested their prototypes. Tomorrow they will make adjustments based on their trials and launch again later this week!




Congratulations to our 4th graders who participated in Dr. Moores Elementary Mathlete Competition! They won 🏆 1st place in the 4th grade overall school competition! Way to Shine Explorers!!




🚀This morning we celebrated an incredible accomplishment- 91% of our 3rd graders are proficient Readers as measured on the FAST! 🎉
An SDIRC caravan stopped by to celebrate and help us raise the Moonshot Goal Flag.
This has been a community effort and we are so proud of our students.
